Here’s an example of the tube set standard charts we put together for the Velvet project. Every one of our 30 stock size Velvet frames have specific and individual tube sizes.
Of course, with a customer frame, every tube is individually chosen, engineered, butted, and sized for that customer only. No two customer bikes are alike. It can be a lot of work but it is well worth it for the ride characteristic improvement.
